Purpose of the service
Decifind is an authenticated, cloud-based B2B buyer research SaaS. It helps business users research companies, purchasing accounts and relevant professional roles for lawful sales, sourcing, market-research and business-development activity.
Data practices
The service may process business information from public sources and third-party B2B data providers. It is designed for professional B2B research and not for sensitive personal-data profiling or consumer surveillance. Research results can change over time; users should independently assess accuracy and the legal basis for any outreach.
Prohibited activity
Decifind must not be used for unlawful conduct, fraud, identity theft, harassment, stalking, consumer surveillance, sensitive-personal-data profiling, spam, deceptive outreach, or the resale or brokering of personal data. We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, data-protection, direct-marketing and anti-spam laws; providing legally required notices; and honoring opt-out or deletion requests that apply to their own use of research results.
